She is so back ❤️ still doin all the stuff I’m wild for (spectral mathy riffs, superhuman drumming, shrieking) and the techniques used before that I may have found “difficult” or less pleasing than others, like the chants or “classical” instrumentations, are finessed and more satisfying this go around IMO. Hail Christian trap metal!!! Favorite track: Antigone II.

rbergman Liturgy caught my attention last year after reading an interview with HRHH in a Dutch newspaper about her transition and spiritual transformation. So I welcomed the chance to see the band live with Lingua Ignota in Brussels. And although I'm not a fan of black metal, I was blown away by the performance. Bought the album on clear vinyl through a local record store. Great, from subdued to hard as nails. The title song is phenomenal. And the pressing is flawless. Flat and without noise.
